Start with the official process
DET states that apartments and villas must be registered and approved before listing. Review the current permit process with the operator and confirm the documents for your unit. A listing draft or management discussion is not proof that the property is cleared to operate.

Inspect the guest experience
Prepare an inventory, maintenance list and arrival process. Check that photos describe the actual furnished unit and that access, linen and cleaning responsibilities are clear. Set the launch date after readiness has been checked, not simply after photography.
