Define the scope
A single apartment, a group of units and a whole building need different operating plans. Share location, unit mix, condition, current bookings and intended start date. Management and lease proposals must be evaluated separately against the actual property.

Agree who does what
The proposal should explain pricing, distribution, guest support, cleaning, maintenance approvals and owner reporting. Confirm fees, excluded costs, owner-use rules and termination provisions in writing. No yield or fixed rent is implied by submitting an enquiry.
